Shipping & Delivery Policy – Baile Shop 

Baile - Creative Studio, owner of Baile Shop, establishes the following Shipping and Delivery Policy. We work hard to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. Below, we detail everything you need to know about our timeframes, fees, and shipping methods. 

1. Estimated Delivery Times 

Our timeframes begin on the next working day following order confirmation. The total time depends on the type of product: 

Orders with Standard Products (Ready to Ship) 

  • Republic of Ireland: 3 to 4 working days. 

  • United Kingdom and other European Union countries: 4 to 7 working days. 

Personalised Products (Made to Order) 

As these items are crafted especially for you, production only begins after order confirmation. They are identified on the site as "Made to Order" (or "On Demand"). 

  • All attemded countries: 4 to 10 working days. 

Important: 

  • If a single order contains both standard and personalised products, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates. 

  • We consider 10 working days as the maximum estimated timeframe for final delivery. 

  • Although Baile Shop strives to meet deadlines, occasional delays by carriers may occur. In these instances, which are beyond our control, you can count on our full support to resolve the situation. 

2. Shipping Costs and Tracking 

We offer two shipping options. 

Please Note: The Standard option is the most economical but does not include a tracking number. If you prefer to track your shipment, please select the "Tracked" option at checkout.

3. Customs and Import Duties 

Baile Shop strives to provide a hassle-free delivery experience. Therefore, we work to ensure that standard customs duties are already included in the final price of your order. 

However, in exceptional situations where additional fees are requested by customs authorities in the destination country (especially for shipments outside the European Union, such as the UK), it will be the recipient's responsibility to cover these costs and handle any necessary procedures to release the parcel. 

4. Free Shipping Policy 

We offer Free Shipping via Standard (Untracked) for purchases with a final value over: 

  • €50.00 (Europe) 

  • £50.00 (United Kingdom) 

Promotion Rules: 

  • Final Value: The benefit is calculated on the amount actually paid for the order (i.e., the final value after coupons or promotions). 

  • Untracked: Free shipping is sent via the Standard method. If you wish for your order to include tracking, the tracked delivery fee must be paid. 

  • Changes: This offer may be revoked or altered at any time, at the sole discretion of Baile Shop. 

5. Delivery Areas 

Currently, we only ship our products to European Union countries, and the United Kingdom. 

Note: At this time, deliveries to Brazil and other countries outside European Union and the UK are not available. 

6. Policy Updates 

This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. We recommend that you check shipping costs directly in your shopping cart before finalising payment, where final costs will always be displayed clearly and completely.
